At the outset of the meeting, Li Fengming, head of the Zhongxun Xinjiang Operations Center, extended a warm welcome to all attendees. At the meeting, Mr. Qilian, Manager of the Northern Xinjiang Region, delivered a keynote speech titled “Believe in the Power of Perseverance—Change Starts with Me.” He provided a detailed analysis and shared insights into the region’s performance in 2021, while also outlining the operational strategy and setting clear targets for 2022.
