Supporting citywide nucleic acid testing—Zhongxun volunteers are in action!
The epidemic has quietly swept through Guangzhou, disrupting our previously peaceful way of life. Many areas in the city have been upgraded to medium- and high-risk zones, and a family of six in Nansha has tested positive. Meanwhile, the outbreak in Foshan remains uncontained. To further strengthen routine epidemic prevention and control efforts, effectively break the chain of transmission, and guard against the risk of imported cases, the Heshan City COVID‑19 Prevention and Control Command has decided to launch large-scale nucleic acid testing. On June 9, upon receiving a call from the local authorities requesting volunteer support for nucleic acid sampling, the head of Zhongxun Group promptly coordinated arrangements within the company. Zhongxun employees responded immediately; in less than half an hour, a team of volunteers was assembled and dispatched to the front lines of testing.
Upon arriving at the nucleic acid testing site, without waiting or hesitating, the Zhongxun team promptly divided tasks and worked together, swiftly donning their volunteer vests to maintain order in the queue.
On that day, the temperature in Heshan nearly reached 33 degrees Celsius, and the oppressive heat was compounded by the approaching heavy rain. We watched as the medical staff in their protective suits began to sweat through their uniforms, while our colleagues in volunteer vests kept up their rounds, tirelessly providing services. No one complained, no one retreated—there were only repeated messages and reassurances. 。
Management leads by example, and employees respond enthusiastically. In the face of epidemic prevention and control needs, we have witnessed Zhongxun’s sense of responsibility. It is precisely because there are countless dedicated and admirable individuals like them that we firmly believe we will emerge victorious in this critical battle—this race against time and this fight against the virus.
May the pandemic end soon—Go Guangdong!
