Boundless Love ┃ Zhongxun Group Awarded the Title of “Heshan City Enterprise Supporting Persons with Disabilities”

On May 26, Heshan City hosted the 31st “National Day for Persons with Disabilities” themed event—“Heed the Party’s Words, Praise the Party’s Kindness, and Follow the Party”—at the Municipal Cultural Center, under the leadership of Party building, to mark the occasion.
Pan Rui, Vice Mayor of Heshan City and Chairperson of the Sixth Executive Committee of the Municipal Disabled Persons’ Federation, attended the event. Leaders from member units of the Municipal Government’s Disability Work Committee, responsible officials from town- and subdistrict-level disabled persons’ federations, chairpersons, full-time committee members, representatives of persons with disabilities, enterprises and organizations providing support to persons with disabilities, service providers offering assistance, volunteer advocates, and Party-member volunteers also took part.
The event screened a short documentary titled “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration, Striving for Excellence, and Writing a Heartfelt Chapter of Love as Heishan City Advances Toward Common Prosperity for Persons with Disabilities,” which reviewed the work done for persons with disabilities during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. Each scene, every smiling face, and every statistic in the film underscored the profound attention and care shown by Party committees, governments, relevant departments, enterprises, and all sectors of society toward disability-related initiatives, as well as the heartfelt support and assistance extended to persons with disabilities. The film also highlighted the indomitable spirit of self-reliance and the commitment to taking ownership of one’s own future demonstrated by persons with disabilities, while conveying the deep bonds of compassion and solidarity that underpin efforts to assist them. Under the leadership of Party building, Heishan City has witnessed moving stories of progress and determination in supporting persons with disabilities. As a result, the sense of happiness, fulfillment, security, and satisfaction among persons with disabilities in Heishan City continues to grow.

On-site, plaques were presented to “Role Models of Self-Improvement,” “Charitable Service Units for Persons with Disabilities,” “Volunteers Dedicated to Assisting Persons with Disabilities,” and “Enterprises Committed to Supporting Persons with Disabilities,” thereby promoting the time-honored tradition of caring for and assisting people with disabilities throughout society and inspiring them to cultivate self-respect, independence, and resilience. Zhongxun Group was awarded the title of “Heshan City’s Caring Enterprise for Persons with Disabilities.”
